Con cinco producciones discográficas y un DVD en vivo, con una fiel y numerosa base de seguidores en redes sociales y conciertos, y después de haberse presentado en festivales nacionales e internacionales como el Vive Latino, Rock al Parque, Hell & Heaven, Fronterizo Fest, y haber compartido escenario con Kiss, Judas Priest, Guns & Roses, Megadeth, Mötley Crüe, Deep Purple y Iron Maiden, Ágora decide lanzar en 2023 su nuevo primer album en inglés EMPIRE, es la traducción de su último y exitoso album imperio.

Esta producción cuenta con 10 tracks cargados de originales texturas, armonías e instrumentos como guitarras de ocho y siete cuerdas; bajos fretless; baterías con distintos timbres y afinaciones; y la voz de Eduardo Contreras como catalizador y eje central; además de la colaboración especial en dos tracks del multipremiado y reconocido tecladista estadounidense Derek Sherinian (Sons of Apollo, Dream Theater, Billy Idol y Alice Cooper). Todo esto convergen temas nuevos, potentes, frescos e innovadores dentro del estilo distintivo que la banda ha logrado.

Éste 2024 en conjunto con la discográfica española The Fish Factory, lanzará la versión española en formato físico de IMPERIO, la cual contará con 4 bonus tracks exclusivos para esta edición.

El primer sencillo promocional será “Voy a Tu Ciudad”, canción original de la banda española Banzai, uno de los grupos de culto más queridos en el panorama rockero de España y todo un himno entre el público español; este sencillo cuenta con la participación del vocalista original de la banda, Chino Banzai, y de Jorge Salán, actual guitarrista de Mago de OZ, considerado uno de los mejores músicos de Heavy Metal en la actualidad.

“Voy a Tu Ciudad” ha sido grabado por los mexicanos especialmente para la edición de IMPERIO.

Eduardo Contreras, Manuel Vázquez, Sergio Aguilar, Eduardo Carrillo y Daniel Villarreal se reinventan para darle continuidad a una de las más exitosas carreras del rock pesado en México. Ningún texto logra describir lo que estos músicos son capaces de lograr en vivo y, con esta nueva producción, Ágora hará de los escenarios su propio Imperio.

Through a period of continuous work, agora have under their belt five albums, Live ep a live dvd ,they have held stage at well-known national and international Festivals such as Vive Latino, Rock al Parque, Hell & Heaven and Fronterizo Fest. After sharing the stage with bands like Kiss, Judas Priest, Guns & Roses, Megadeth, Mötley crüe, deep purple, Iron Maiden,and Def Leppard (to name a few) they’ve Built a large and faithful audience and a large fanbase that follows them in their social networks and concerts. In 2020 agora decided to release their most Important album to date ”IMPERIO“. In 2022 they signed with golden robot records for a crossover release of an all english version of imperio (EMPIRE) to be released in mid 2023, which will be the first all english sung album by the band.

EMPIRE is loaded with 11 tracks consisting of new textures, harmonies and instruments such as the eight- and seven-string guitars, fretless basses, drums with very different beats, tunings and frequencies, along with Eduardo Contreras' voice that acts as a catalyst and the central axis. All of this converges and results in new, powerful, fresh and innovative themes within the distinctive style that the band has achieved.

This 2024, with the spanish record label the fish factory, will launch the spanish version in physical format of imperio, which will have 4 Exclusive bonus tracks for this edition. the first promotional single will be “voy a tu ciudad”, an cover song from the spanish band banzai, one of the most beloved cult groups on the spanish rock scene and an anthem among the spanish public; this single features the participation of the band's original vocalist, Chino Banzai, and jorge salán, current guitarist of mago de oz, considered one of the best heavy metal musicians today. ¨Voy A Tu Ciudad” has been recorded by agora especially for the edition of imperio.
